Hi,
Does iVeri Lite support future dated recurring payments, and does it provide a mechanism to update the recurring amount?
Thanks and regards,
Matt
Recurring payments
Hi samora,
I'm considering an approach that would have the flexibility of batch without the need to store credit card details. PayPal etc usually charge a refundable amount e.g. R1 to authorise an initial payment, the same approach might work here and I just wanted to confirm that it's possible to:
1) Use lite to charge a once-off amount and get the dotted-out PAN from this transaction.
2) Use Batch for recurring payments using the dotted-out PAN.
Does lite perhaps return the dotted-out PAN after a successful transaction? Or is it possible to retrieve the dotted out PAN given the MerchantReference using one of the APIs?
Thanks,
Matt

Yes, you can use Lite to do the initial transaction, then use batch to process further debit using the masked PAN, Expiry Date and TransactionIndex as long as both products are in the same Merchant Profile/ User Group. You can advise your local support team to ensure that both these products are captured under the same User Group / Merchant Profile.1) Use lite to charge a once-off amount and get the dotted-out PAN from this transaction.
2) Use Batch for recurring payments using the dotted-out PAN.
Note that the transactionindex expires after six months. Also note that on Batch, for every transaction attempt(irrespective of the outcome of the transaction) another transactionindex will be returned. This would mean that you will have to replace the transactionindex every time an attempt is made on the card.
Good day,
We have the exact same requirement. We have just received our merchant ID for iVeri Lite. Is there anything else I need to ask for in order for this to work? It seems its in the iVeri Lite product.
We need to do an initial transaction on 3D secure, then recurring MOTO transactions using the token.
Thanks,
Mitch
